Seydisfjördur in the Midnight Sun 2
This bench was a nice place to sit for a while and appreciate the moment - where I was and what I'd seen - after I'd been driving around the Seydisfjördur valley photograpahing the lupine and sunset. These last colors in the sky lingered for an hour beneath the midnight sun before daylight began creeping in again. I believe it was about 1:00am when I took this image.
When I was preparing this image for my website, I was bothered by the blue tint along the mountains' mid points - until I realized those were the lupine I'd been shooting an hour earlier! Photo © copyright by Rob Greebon.
