Ingjaldshólskirkja, West Iceland Black and White

Snæfellsnes Peninsula

From the Snæfellsnes Peninsula, Ingjaldshólskirkja is a famous and oft-photographed church atop a small hill. In the summer, purple lupine surround this area. This black and white image was taken on a day when low clouds were brooding over the church and distant mountains of this national park in west Iceland. Photo © copyright by Rob Greebon.
