Bluebonnet Backroad in the Hill Country 413-1
Texas Hill Country
I love little scenes like this – bluebonnets lining a dirt road as the tracks wind into the distance. This little wildflower landscape was found off of a dirt road several miles from a paved road. The white prickly poppies made their point as I wandered too close to their flowers, but their blooms also added a splash of white to the deep blue landscape. The evening winds were still, and the sounds of cattle and turkeys were all that I could hear. Photo © copyright by Rob Greebon.
