Black and White Guadalupe Peak at Sunset 1
Guadalupe Mountains National Park
This black and white image was taken from the summit of Texas’ tallest point, Guadalupe Peak (8,751 feet). The hike to this point is a little over 4 miles one way and ascends about 3,000 vertical feet. The views of the surrounding Texas landscape are worth the sweat, and the Chihuahuan Desert stretches out to the distant southern horizon. Photo © copyright by Rob Greebon.
