Autumn along Barton Creek 1129-1

Barton Creek Greenbelt

Little scenes like this are a joy to discover. This oak tree draped itself across the shallow and cold water of Barton Creek hidden from the view of a nearby trail, and I was fortunate to discover its location. Taken in the greenbelt about a mile off the rock and dirt path - and only a few miles from downtown Austin - the colors of Autumn were on full display. My short time here turned out to be one of my best memories of this quiet, chilly, November morning’s walk. Photo © copyright by Rob Greebon.
