August Sunrise along Pedernales Falls 825-1
Pedernales Falls State Park
Over many thousands of years, the continuous rush of water and floods have cut this small section of limestone, leading the current into a beautiful pool in the Texas Hill Country. This portion of the Pedernales River flows through the state park, and the pool below is home to the colorful Guadalupe bass. Taken on a warm August day, this photograph captures a moment before sunrise on a humid and peaceful morning. Photo © copyright by Rob Greebon.
