Post Office at Langford Hot Springs 2
Big Bend National Park
You never know what you’ll find in Big Bend National Park. Aside from the endless miles of hiking trails, a few historical sites remain, as well. This building is an old post office. This area was originally homesteaded by J.O. Langford, but after civil unrest and civil war in Mexico, the Langfords eventually sold this land to the government as part of the national park. This post office building is one of the remnants of a resort built along the hot springs bubbling up along the Rio Grande. This image shows sunrise on a beautiful May morning.
