Crestone Peaks and Colorado Wildflowers 1
Taken from the slope descending from Humbolt Peak (14,064 feet), this little Colorado wildflower clings precariously to a rocky ledge. While laying on my side with my legs dangling over the cliff, I had a great view of Crestone Needle (14,197) and Crestone Peak (14,294). In the distance, clouds were spilling over two of the Rocky Mountains most majestic peaks. Photo © copyright by Rob Greebon.
